    The Master of Sharia and Law program is a distinguished program that combines tradition and modernity. It aims to prepare researchers and specialists with a deep understanding of Islamic Sharia rulings and a precise knowledge of positive law, enabling them to connect the objectives of Sharia with the requirements of modern legal systems. The program focuses on developing students' skills in jurisprudential and legal analysis and reasoning and enhancing their ability to address contemporary issues in a balanced, scholarly manner that combines Sharia values ​​with legal justice.

    To be a leader in preparing distinguished scholars who combine Islamic jurisprudence with knowledge of modern laws, and who contribute to achieving justice and promoting ethical values ​​in society.

    Program Mission:

    The program aims to deepen students' scientific knowledge and prepare specialized graduates and researchers capable of competing in the fields of Sharia and Law. This is achieved through an advanced curriculum, a distinguished faculty, a pioneering and innovative educational and research environment, and active partnerships, all contributing to the achievement of academic and professional standards and the production of scientific research that serves society and its sustainable development.

    This program aims to:

    1. Prepare specialized graduates and researchers holding a master’s degree in Sharia and Law and its applied branches.
    2. Develop a highly qualified cadre of specialists to work in the judiciary and meet societal needs in academic and professional fields.
    3. Direct scientific research towards societal problems and sustainable development priorities and contribute to their solutions.
    4. Enhance students' professional ethics and develop their digital, analytical, leadership, administrative, communication, critical thinking, creative, innovative, problem-solving, and lifelong self-learning skills.
