The Dean of Student Affairs at Saeed University holds a meeting with the observers of the final exams for the first semester of the 2024-2025 on Tuesday, December 17, 2024,
Within the framework of Al Saeed University’s keenness to ensure that the final exams process  runs smoothly and regularly. Dr. Ra'ad Al-Selwi, Dean of  students affairs had an important meeting yesterday, Monday, with invigilators and exam observers. At the beginning of the meeting, Dr. Al-Selwi stressed the importance of providing a calm and organized exam environment that allows students to perform their exams in the best possible way. He also stressed the need to adhere to instructions and guidelines to ensure the integrity and transparency of the examination process. Dr. Al-Selwi pointed out that the university always seeks to provide full support to students and provide all means that help them achieve the best academic results. He expressed his confidence in the observers' ability to carry out their tasks efficiently and professionally. In the meeting he discussed many vital topics aimed at improving the prosses of exams and ensuring their integrity and transparency. In addition to that he discussed many issues including the examination controls, the monitoring mechanism, the daily performance of invigilators in the committees, and their vital role in supervision and monitoring to ensure that the exams run smoothly.
